❤️ Why we love it
We love a backpack that opens up like a suitcase, as it makes packing and unpacking a breeze. This one gets bonus points for its amount of space, its carry-on compliance and its sleek look. It’s also got a very handy laptop storage compartment at the back. Like the Osprey Porter 46, this backpack maximises almost every centimeter that airlines graciously grant you on their flight, which makes it perfect for carry-on only travel. If you do decide do pair this backpack with a trolley, it’s got a very practical sleeve that you can slide around the handlebar of the trolley and transport it on top of the trolley.
🗒️ Things to note
The harness system is fine for transit walks, but quite minimal. So if you plan to carry your backpack around a lot, it’s better to look elsewhere (maybe the Osprey Farpoint is the one for you!). Note that there’s also a “Global” version of this backpack that doesn’t come with backpack straps.
Zoe Heyn
As much as I love travelling, I equally love planning and organising our next trips. Apart from crafting a good itinerary, I spend a lot of time researching the best travel gear and smart solutions for my travel wardrobe. The ultimate test for any product however is on the road, so once I'm convinced that I like an item, I like to share my tips and experiences with fellow travellers.
