Sometimes you just want to keep your neck all nice and warm, but a full blown scarf would be overkill. Especially when you’re travelling and space is limited, a scarf is pretty much the worst item you could pack when it comes to practicability vs. space used. Additionally, unless you’re going to a cold destination you’re probably only going to need an item like a scarf when you’re sitting on a cold airplane, a cold bus or a cold mountain. A simple neck warmer is an elegant solution to this problem. It’s small, its fabric feels cozy and it can be made tighter using a rubber band to ensure a snug fit.

You’ll find tons of options out there on the internet and in various souvenir shops all over the world. While there are more colourful neck warmers out there, we like to keep it simple and make sure that the fabric (fleece) does a good job of keeping us warm.
